CONDIZIONI E TERMINI
A) VISITE GUIDATE “SAPIENZIALI” (Mystery Tour)
in caso di circostanze inevitabili e straordinarie verificatesi nel luogo di destinazione o nelle sue immediate vicinanze e che hanno un'incidenza sostanziale nell'esecuzione della visita stessa come elencati nelle seguenti ipotesi esemplificative:
a) coprifuoco imposto dalle Autorità locali negli orari stabiliti;
b) sul trasporto passeggeri;
il viaggiatore/turista ha diritto di recedere dalla prenotazione della visita guidata senza corrispondere spese di recesso ed al rimborso integrale del pagamento effettuato senza però aver diritto all'indennizzo supplementare;
a) nel caso di recesso fino a 5 giorni (escluso il sabato e la domenica) prima della data prefissata per la visita guidata il viaggiatore/turista ha diritto al rimborso del 50% del pagamento effettuato senza corrispondere spese di recesso e senza aver diritto all'indennizzo supplementare;
b) nel caso di recesso fino a 3 giorni (escluso il sabato e la domenica) prima della data prefissata per la visita guidata il viaggiatore/turista non ha diritto al rimborso del pagamento effettuato, non dovrà corrispondere spese di recesso e non avrà diritto all'indennizzo supplementare.
c) Nessun rimborso sarà corrisposto al viaggiatore/turista che non si presenterà nel luogo ed alla data prefissata per la visita guidata “sapienziale (mystery tour);
d) le visite guidate organizzate si svolgono con qualsiasi condizione atmosferica.
L'annullamento/recesso da parte del viaggiatore/turista dovrà pervenire per iscritto.
B) per gli “ITINERARI TEMATICI” e/o “ITINERARI TEMATICI PERSONALIZZABILI”, garanzie e coperture assicurative si rimanda a quanto stabilito nei “TERMINI E CONDIZIONI” dell'Agenzia di viaggi o Tour Operator designato.
CONDITIONS AND TERMS
A) "SAPIENTIAL" GUIDED TOURS (Mystery Tour)
1) in the event of unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances occurring in the place of destination or in its immediate vicinity and which have a substantial impact on the execution of the visit itself as listed in the following examples:
a) curfew imposed by local authorities at established times;
b) on passenger transport;
the traveler / tourist has the right to withdraw from the booking of the guided tour without paying withdrawal costs and to have the full refund of the payment made without, however, being entitled to additional compensation;
2) a) in the event of withdrawal up to 5 days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) before the date set for the guided tour, the traveler / tourist has the right to a refund of 50% of the payment made without paying withdrawal costs and without having right to additional compensation;
b) in the case of withdrawal up to 3 days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) before the date set for the guided tour, the traveler / tourist is not entitled to a refund of the payment made, will not have to pay withdrawal costs and will not be entitled to additional compensation.
c) No reimbursement will be paid to the traveler / tourist who does not show up at the place and on the fixed date for the “sapiential” guided tour (mystery tour);
d) organized guided tours take place in all weather conditions.
3) The cancellation / withdrawal by the traveler / tourist must be received in writing.
B) for "THEMATIC ITINERARIES" and / or "CUSTOMIZABLE THEMATIC ITINERARIES", guarantees and insurance coverage, please refer to the provisions of the general "TERMS AND CONDITIONS" of designated Agency or Tour Operator.
